Video Troubleshooting

Having trouble viewing video at BenelliUSA.com? Follow the simple steps to the right for help.

Step 1. Minimum Hardware Requirements

Make sure that your system meets the following minimum requirements.

PC

Intel 1.00GHz or faster processor (or equivalent), 512MB of RAM, minimum 1,280x720 (720p) resolution display

MAC

Intel 1.33GHz or faster processor (or equivalent), 512MB of RAM, minimum 1,280x720 (720p) resolution display

Pass? Proceed to Step 2 below.
Fail? Upgrade your hardware to meet the minimum requirements outlined above.

Step 2. Minimum Operating System Requirements

Make sure that your system meets the following minimum requirements.

PC

Windows XP
To find out your Operating System click “Start,” and then click “Run.” In the box, type “winver” and then click “OK.”

MAC

Mac OS X 10.5.x
To find out your Operating System choose “About This Mac” from the Apple Menu.

Pass? Proceed to Step 3 below.
Fail? Upgrade your operating system: Upgrade your Mac or Upgrade your PC.

Step 3. Minimum Flash Player Requirements

Make sure that your system is running at least Flash Player 9. The simplest way to do this is to run the Adobe Flash Installer and upgrade to the current version. Click the button below to upgrade your free Flash Player.

Pass? Proceed to Step 4 below.
Fail? If your Flash upgrade failed, please visit the Flash installation troubleshooting guide at Adobe.

Step 4. Minimum QuickTime Player Requirements for HD Video Playback

Make sure that your system is running at least QuickTime Player 7. The simplest way to do this is to download the current QuickTime Player free from Apple.
